Vibrant and clean looking olive oil with a grassy and citrus nose to it. Very smooth and clean on the palate. A meadow freshness moves onto a gentle heat of pepper as it travels. A lovely and versatile oil.
This oil has a clean fresh cut grass and vine tomato aroma and a clear rich olive green colour. The oil is rich and creamy in the mouth and the tomato vine character follows through on the palate. After the initial fruity notes there is smooth transition to some pleasant bitter herbal notes and bitter salad leaves. This oil has a medium length but a very easy going and well balanced character so would be very versatile and easy to use in the kitchen.
